1) 25% deposit of the package total must be made to hold your wedding date.
2) Full payment must be made One Week before the event.
3) Initial order for prints inculded with your package must be made within 60 days or you forfeit your prints.
4) Photos by Amber retains (owns) the copyright to all images taken. Amber will give permission for you to print photos from the CD/DVD.
5) Images from the CD/DVD can at NO TIME be sold or used for commercial business unless given written consent by Amber.
6) Layouts created for albums are not included on CD/DVDs. Layouts are Amber's property and will not be released at any time.
Portrait Policies:
1) Sitting fee is due at time of session.
2) Initial order for prints must be placed withing 45 days from date of session. This is the length of time your gallery will be available.
3) Payment for prints must be made when you place your order.
4) Photos by Amber retains (owns) the copyright to all images taken. Amber will give permission for you to print photos from the CD/DVD.
5) Images from the CD/DVD can at NO TIME be sold or used for commercial business unless given written consent by Amber.
